Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number to organize your arrival with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate the arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT CHECK IN: 1) Tourist tax From JANUARY 1, 2025, the municipality of Chiavari applies a tourist tax of 1.00 euros/day per person (up to 7 nights) all year round, which will be collected separately. Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. From October 2025, the amount will become 1.50 euros 2) Additional people to those declared: 15 euros per night will be required for each additional person. 3) Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed at an extra cost of 5 euros per night per animal. Maximum two dogs. No cats. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often permitted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). Apartment located in one of the most convenient areas of Chiavari, a 5-minute walk from the seafront, the beaches and immersed in the lively atmosphere of shops, bars and all the services of the center. The station and bus stop are easily accessible, making the accommodation a perfect base for exploring the Cinque Terre, Portofino and other famous locations of the Riviera di Levante. Free Wi-Fi. Located on the first floor of a building of six, the apartment opens onto a large living room with a sofa bed for two, TV and dining table. The French windows give access to a balcony perfect for enjoying the air of the Riviera. The kitchen with its retro style is the ideal place to prepare meals. Dining table, stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils and dishes are available to make you feel at home. The two bedrooms offer space and comfort for families or groups of friends: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both are equipped with a wardrobe for your personal belongings and from the second bedroom you can access the balcony connected to the living room. The house can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. The bathroom decorated with vintage-style tiles, is equipped with sanitary ware, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment does NOT have air conditioning while there is central heating for the winter months. The times and dates of switching on and off will therefore be managed by the Condominium according to the provisions of the Municipality of Chiavari. Small/medium-sized dogs are allowed with a supplement. NO CATS. Bed linen and towels are provided by us based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation, and are included in the price. There is no private parking but it is possible to park in the public parking lots along the street and in the surrounding area, usually for a fee or for free in the large Colmata a Mare parking lot, which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
