Chianti is famous not only for its landscape of wonderful olive groves, vineyards and centuries-old holm oak and chestnut forests, but also for its ancient small hamlets, medieval castles and excellent wineries that have gained world fame in recent decades. The water quality of the pool is checked daily by the manager. In October the owners harvest the olives on the property.
