Only 300m to the Stagnone Lagoon, the house is really close to the kite spots and the salt pans, where you can admire fantastic sunsets and enjoy magical glasses of wine. The villa consists of two bathrooms, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (or one double), a very comfortable sofa bed in the living area and there is the possibility of adding another single bed. The house can be use for 7 people. Wide private parking. From the living room and from the bedrooms you can see the Stagnone and the island of Mozia.
Hello and very nice to meet you! I'm Pietro, I love sports and travel. I practice kitesurfing, running and calisthenics. I can recommend you a few good spot to practice kitesurfing, where you can taste a really good sicilian wine and where you can relax in the Isole Egadi. I like perfection especially when related to properties and services to my guests. My staff is great, friendly and sincerely dedicated to the perfect combination between professionalism and passion.
The area is well connected to the kite spots only 1km. The house is 300m far from the Stagnone, in a very quiet area, perfect for long walks at sunset.
