La struttura è ubicata nel centro storico di Salerno al quinto piano, quindi si può godere di un bellissimo panorama e tanta luce, il palazzo è fornito di un piccolo ascensore. La casa è composta da due piani, in quello inferiore ci sono le camere da letto, tra cui la mia e quella dei miei genitori, inoltre ci sono due bagni, uno riservato a noi ed un altro per le camere degli ospiti che sono solo 2 camere, al piano superiore c'è la cucina è un terrazzino, la casa è molto grande quindi avrete tutta la privacy a vostra disposizione.
Io amo viaggiare e conoscere persone nuove, dopo anni di esperienza in ambito alberghiero ho deciso di mettermi in proprio condividendo i miei spazi e la mia casa, cercando di avere un contatto più caloroso con i miei ospiti facendoli sentire a casa anche se lontani dalle proprie abitudini
Il centro storico è un quartiere molto bello e tranquillo anche a tarda ora, ci sono molti locali tra cui bar e ristoranti, attrazioni turistiche e le principali infrastrutture per raggiungere la costiera Amalfitana, tra cui fermate autobus e porto, la stazione centrale dista circa 15 minuti a piedi, invece la stazione Duomo-via vernieri solo a 5 minuti a piedi, la spiaggia è il lungomare sono a circa 2 minuti a piedi e nei dintorni trovate il corso principale per fare shopping e molti supermercati
