Designed to accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4, the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a prestigious building, equipped with a lift, located in the historic and central Balduina district. It consists of an entrance hall/living room, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), A/C and a 55'' Smart TV with Sky TV channels, a bedroom with a "French" bed (140x190 cm), A/C, TV and en suite bathroom with shower, a main bathroom with shower, a kitchen complete with appliances, a laundry room with toilet, a balcony. All rooms are air conditioned. Heating is controlled remotely. Wi-Fi is available. The typical "Italian breakfast" (coffee or cappuccino and croissant) is served at a partner bar, upon presentation of the appropriate vouchers. Smoking is prohibited. Silence is required from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Animals (even small ones) are not allowed. Check-in is possible from 16:30 to 20:30, while check-out is possible from 7:00 to 10:00. Different times for check-in and check-out can be agreed with the administrator, compatible with the scheduling of other arrivals and departures. When possible, check-in after 20:30 or check-out after 10:00 will incur an extra cost. Since this is a non-entrepreneurial activity, it is not possible to issue an invoice, but only a receipt.

Balduina is located on the slopes of Monte Mario, the highest hill in Rome at 139 meters, and is bordered to the east by the Monte Mario nature reserve and to the west by the regional urban park and protected natural area of ​​Pineto, the second largest park in Rome with its 240 hectares. For lovers of cycling or walking, the park is crossed by the cycle/pedestrian path that connects Monte Mario to Monte Ciocci. The path extends for 5 km and offers a unique view of the city from above. Along the route there are 10 accesses and 4 train stations (Appiano*, Balduina, Gemelli and Monte Mario). The Gemelli hospital can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot along the cycle path. The neighborhood, characterized by a wide availability of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies, benefits from the central location (a quarter of an hour's walk from the Vatican Museums) and the multiple connections by train (just 2 minutes from the Appiano stop, line FL3), bus (a few minutes from the stops of lines 990 and 913) and metro (10 minutes from the Cipro stop, line A). The area is covered by all mobility services in sharing (cars, bicycles and electric scooters). Finding a parking space around the block takes no more than 5-10 minutes. However, paid parking is available in a garage less than 200 meters away.
