Great location. Very quiet in the evenings so no problems sleeping. Clean and everything you need for making a cup of tea or coffee. Staff were helpful and brought our luggage to the apartment.

They let to check in earlier, even saved our luggage after the check out, personell very polite and helpful. Thankfull for a good assistance 🎈

Everything was fine. The location is absolutely amazing, everything was 10-15 min away walking distance. The hotel room was very clean and they cleared it every day. The reception team is very kind and helpful. Totally recommend this place.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and clean. He had to request a shower chair and it was already there when we arrived.

I love everything about this hotel. I have been coming to this hotel in Rome with my mother for 5 years. I have been to other hotels in Rome, but this hotel is my favorite. In the hotel, the beautiful Aneta works at the reception desk, and she has been welcoming me and my mother with her smile for years. There is also her wonderful colleague . The women who clean the rooms are also wonderful. Hotel, staff, location, service - everything is wonderful and worthy of praise. I hope to come to Rome, to this hotel next year as well.
