1. Very comfortable spacious and very clean rooms with a beautiful and functional design. 2. Small but well-equipped fitness center. 3. Good location of the hotel. 4. Breakfast with quality products. 5. I especially liked the staff team. Professional, friendly young people are at the reception and in the restaurant. 6. Although the hotel is small, it has a TV with channels for every taste. We extended our reservation for several more days with the hotel almost completely full. Manager Sylvia made every effort to solve this problem. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend it!

Great location & friendly staff

Easy access to the town and Trastévere. Loads of restaurant around and the best breakfast. But the best part was to see a Italian happy and very helpful. I believe he is the manager, always welcome on the breakfast and helped put to but my luggage in a safe place. Grazie per tutto.

Very modern, contemporary, design hotel. New, clean, inspiring. A large lounge area, with different types of seating, suitable even for business calls. Smart management of all devices. Very pleasant location, on the promenade by the river, under the alley of greenery.

We fell in love! The minute we stepped out of the taxi. Beautiful green, quite area. Close to the center. The ladies and the gentleman, who work in the hotel are super helpful and friendly. We felt like home. Breakfast is amazing. Hoping to come to Rome soon and definitely staying here again.

The location was perfect, very close to key attractions and lots of good cafes and restaurants in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The staff were very efficient and welcoming especially Vincenzo and the porters.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely location away from the noise of Rome, but within reasonable walking distance to town. Amazing staff. Gorgeous grounds. Lovely breakfast and restaurant for dinner.

The authenticity of it and the staff

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. It is located in a quiet part of Trastevere with tons of nice restaurants and bars all around. The standard rooms are small but very comfortable and the deluxe room is amazing, with a little terrace with a beautiful view. I prefer these little places to the big chain hotels and highly recommend staying here!

Location, the rooms - stayed in room 301

the location was best as it was really near to all the main attractions like we can walk to all the places in 5-10 mins. staff was really helpful. the receptionist who worked in the evenings was best, really charming and helpful. we asked her if we want to see places in evening and she really guided us and made small itinerary to visit in a short period of time. 11 out of 10 for her.

This is an excellent hotel that is located perfectly in the centre of Rome just a couple of minutes walk from the Colosseum/Roman Forum and Metro Lines B and C. The room was a good size, clean and with more or less everything you would expect from a good 3* hotel. It had great wifi, a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. There are plenty of bars/cafes/restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel, but the hotel itself is on a relatively quiet street (by Rome standards), so there was very little outside noise. It can be difficult finding good value hotels in this part of the city, but this one really exceeded my expectations and I will be happy to stay here again for future visits!

Everything was simply perfect! A knowledgeable and friendly owner, modern, "mothball-free" design, pleasant touches, and excellent coffee! And, most importantly, a high-quality mattress and pillows! I highly recommend it! A wonderful base for a visit to Roma, walks, and adventures!
