Ideal location for Roma exploration on foot: 5 sec walking Piazza di Spagna, 5 min walking Piazza di Poppolo and Pincho, 10 min Fontain di Trevi, 15 min walking Park Villa Borghese. Big size of clean comfort room, small cozy inner garden with flowers, fast and easy wi-fi. Rooms with the garden view are very quite with the sun lights in the morning. Hassler roof top bar on the last floor gifts amazing Roma vibes. Nice breakfast with all necessary berries, fruits, salad, fish, freshly squeezed juice. 52 min from Fiumicino Airport by taxi door to door.

There is an evening tour that goes late into the night that will take you past all the icons of Rome. It is really remarkable to see these all lit up. Lots of walking but well worth it. I used Air BnB but there are tours for this on Get your guide as well.

They looked beautiful but unfortunately a wee old man took a wrong turn and drove down them which meant they had to be closed off to be surveyed for any damage. Tip: lock up your grandad and take away his car keys if you want to visit

Just down the street below the steps is the headquarters of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. This possibly qualifies as the "World's Smallest Country", as Italy has given this building Extraterritorial status, which means Italy has no authority here. The Order issues its own stamps, which are sendable only to some countries. Most countries don't recognize the sovereign status of the Order, but it has official observer status at the U.N.

Avoid food right in the square (super overpriced). Make sure to check reviews of places before eating there (4.0 stars or more). Don’t sit on them or you’ll be yelled at. Check out Liazza del Popolo after.

Beautiful day on the Spanish Steps. After we roamed around, we found a table at the rooftop bar at the top of the Spanish Steps and had some beer and wine - very relaxing and we could see the entire city from the rooftop bar.

Beautiful

Beautiful Bering to Rome 20 years ago, really enjoyed sightseeing again and beeing able to see the beautiful parts of Rome. The only thing that really shocked me at every place was the dirt and rubbish everywhere. The tourists don’t care where they leave their stuff, no one is willing to carry their rubbish until it can be disposed properly. People just through their rubbish into the beautiful flowers/nature or leave it on the floor. This is a no go and should be fined, I’m sure they would have enough money then for a proper clean up. Especially in the heat, the rubbish smells and makes the whole town look bad. I cannot believe how disrespectful tourists and the own people are to such a lovely city.

Great stay in a wonderful location, close to many of the sights and to a lot of really nice restaurants, including Negresco that serves Romerooms' complementary breakfast and is excellent at other meals too. Very comfortable bed, 4th floor balcony that in my room overlooked one of the pretty cobbled streets all around and had a lovely view of the church above the Spanish steps. The managers were all particularly nice people. And the air conditioning cooled the room really quickly.

Great location, 1 minute from the Trevi, close to restaurants, grocery store at the end of the street. 15- 20 minute walk to Spanish Steps, and Coloseum. Our apartment was spacious, self contained, very clean and very comfortable. Great for 2 couples or a family. Mel was great to communicate with. Just be aware some steep steps to get up, and low ceilings upstairs in rooms. This did not affect our experience at all. Thank you Mel 🤗

Second time staying here and this time after the refurb and change of management. Firstly, I love the location. You are a 15-20 walk to the Trevvi fountain, Spanish steps and the hard rock cafe. A short metro or taxi from all the other main attractions but a great base. Also find it very reasonably priced in July. The management and staff were all kind and friendly. Hotel was clean and well presented. So many local amenities that stay open as well. Will definitely be back again for a 3rd time.

The apartments are excellently located right amongst the action with the Spanish Steps a short walk away, and a great cafe for breakfast just around the corner They are very smartly decorate with plenty of space and one exceptional thing is the way they are equipped. They have thought of everything from kitchenette equipment, free wine and water, a blu tooth speaker, umbrellas etc etc. Super comfortable with great air conditioning.

Incredible location!! We were only around the corner from the Trevi fountain (great for an early morning or late night photo!) Although there's lots of walking to all the sights in Rome we felt we were very central and able to walk everywhere. (Vatican, Trastevere, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon...) There were so many bars and restaurants in easy walking distance too! The apartment was comfy, clean and nice and bright. Great washing machine, good little kitchen.

Cosy apartment in an excellent location, within 5 minutes walk of the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Spacious lounge and bedroom with plenty of room for suitcases, as well as the delightfully peaceful roof terrace. Espresso maker in the kitchen was a lovely touch! A good base to explore central Rome on foot.
