High standard true 5 star hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent location.

We have stayed here a few times and it’s a wonderful little hotel. The staff, especially Ruben, are most pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent and the rooms are very cleverly designed and well thought out so that everything you need is at your fingertips.

The service was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Everyone treated us with great care and professionalism, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. The hotel is beautiful and very well located. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return.

The staff was so friendly, specially Francesca and this gentleman at breakfast (cant remember his name). We arrived very early in the morning before our check in and they let us have breakfast even though it was not included that day. It was my boyfriend's birthday and they offered us a dessert with a little candle on it and put a Happy Birthday sign in the room. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had in Europe. Thank you so much for everything!

The place was really nice and perfect location. Really! Everything was so close, many scooters and bicycles parked nearby to get around the city quickly.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Also the staff were super polite and always available whenever we needed to leave our keys or pick them up :). I’d definitely come back!

The location was perfect, the terrace was overlooking the stairs of piaza di Spagna, the building was an old palazzo. The furniture and the china exuded an air of nobility.

I had the pleasure of being the very first guest at this newly opened hotel, and I couldn't have been more impressed! The location is absolutely unbeatable, situated right at the corner of Via dei Condotti and Piazza di Spagna: perfect for exploring the best of Rome on foot. You're literally steps away from iconic landmarks, luxury shopping, and charming cafés. The rooms are beautifully designed with attention to every detail. From the elegant curtains to the wallpaper and the stylish lamps, everything has been carefully chosen to create a chic, comfortable atmosphere. And I have to mention the beds—those mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. It was truly a lovely discovery, and I have to give credit to the team for creating such a fantastic space. Good job guys! I’ll definitely be back!

Luxury hotel with modern details in a perfect location. Absolutely fantastic staff, they care about you since the minute you reach the hotel. Great rooftop to have a drink in the evening.

Excellent location, very comfortable room and a warm welcome from all staff members. We arrived at 10am and were allowed to check in early at no extra cost. Beds are super comfortable. Reception is manned 24 hours, which can be helpful. This allowed us to leave our luggage for a late pick-up to the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel, and we plan to return.

Great staff, convenient connecting through whatsapp. Location is superb. The airconditioning was top. Best Ive seen. Too good. The balcony was perfect. Snacks inside, coffee. Small magnetic keys. Room was a short walk from the reception, in a street filled with small shops.

The location is prime.we just stayed one night coming from the cruise and we left our luggages down at z reception.people r v nice. I didnt try the breakfast. Beds r clean and u have a complemnetary tea coffee and small cakes and biscuits.
