The location was spectacular and the staff were very helpful. We booked a room with a view of the Spanish Steps and it was exceptional. The staff looked after us with bag storage, local recommendations and early check in. The room was moderate in size but good for 2 people.

an excellent hotel in the heart of Rome! Its location was amazing. close to many restaurants, cafes but also to shops to do your shopping! The staff was kind and available! the hotel was very clean and the christmas decoration was amazing!

There is an evening tour that goes late into the night that...

There is an evening tour that goes late into the night that will take you past all the icons of Rome. It is really remarkable to see these all lit up. Lots of walking but well worth it. I used Air BnB but there are tours for this on Get your guide as well.

They looked beautiful but unfortunately a wee old man took a wrong turn and drove down them which meant they had to be closed off to be surveyed for any damage. Tip: lock up your grandad and take away his car keys if you want to visit

Just down the street below the steps is the headquarters of...

Just down the street below the steps is the headquarters of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. This possibly qualifies as the "World's Smallest Country", as Italy has given this building Extraterritorial status, which means Italy has no authority here. The Order issues its own stamps, which are sendable only to some countries. Most countries don't recognize the sovereign status of the Order, but it has official observer status at the U.N.

Avoid food right in the square (super overpriced). Make sure to check reviews of places before eating there (4.0 stars or more). Don’t sit on them or you’ll be yelled at. Check out Liazza del Popolo after.

Beautiful day on the Spanish Steps.

Beautiful day on the Spanish Steps. After we roamed around, we found a table at the rooftop bar at the top of the Spanish Steps and had some beer and wine - very relaxing and we could see the entire city from the rooftop bar.

Beautiful

Beautiful Bering to Rome 20 years ago, really enjoyed sightseeing again and beeing able to see the beautiful parts of Rome. The only thing that really shocked me at every place was the dirt and rubbish everywhere. The tourists don’t care where they leave their stuff, no one is willing to carry their rubbish until it can be disposed properly. People just through their rubbish into the beautiful flowers/nature or leave it on the floor. This is a no go and should be fined, I’m sure they would have enough money then for a proper clean up. Especially in the heat, the rubbish smells and makes the whole town look bad. I cannot believe how disrespectful tourists and the own people are to such a lovely city.

It was already my second time at the hotel and I am sure for the next time I will book it again. The rooms are huge, beautiful, super super clean and the staff is so friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect and in all directions you can reach everhthing within minutes: the train station, colosseo, pantheon, roman forum, best restaurants, spanish steps and so on. Also at the breakfast you can find anything you need with great quality.

Property was great! Easy to find and so very close to Spanish steps, shops and trevi fountain within walking distance. Property was clean and very decorative. Our upgrade was very appreciated!! Thank you!. Staff were very nice and welcoming especially the two ladies on the reception desk! They were always friendly and chatted away and gave us ideas of where to go. The breakfast was great and so were the breakfast staff. The hotel was perfect and very quiet, we will definitely stay here again on our next return!!.

The apartment itselfed was as describied in that it is a luxuary apartment, very good location a min from spanish steps. However many of the other things in the listing are not as discribied and additonal faclities listed do not exsit. The apartment had everything you needed and provided shamoos and other toiltries and cofee ect

The hotel and our room were very clean, with a lovely interior. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. The hotel is located on a quiet and safe street, just a 12-minute walk from the Spanish steps. Breakfast is available at the hotel, and we found it more than enough to keep us full for half the day. On the day of our departure, the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, which was very convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The room was very clean spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely and quiet in my room I did hear people returning at night along the landing but didn't hear anything else from neighbouring rooms which I was very grateful of. Good shower and plenty of space for clothes with lots of hangers. The hotel was in a really good location ideal for walking to the Spanish Steps and trevi fountain. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent value for money.

The location is simply perfect! On one hand, it's right in the heart of everything, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and Trevi Fountain. On the other hand, the apartment is tucked away on a very quiet, charming side street, so we didn't feel the city's hustle and bustle at all. The neighborhood felt completely safe, even late at night. The apartment itself is excellent, well-maintained, and has great amenities. The host was incredible and made sure it was fully equipped down to the smallest detail.
