Very hip hotel in a great spot. Free bottles of water in the room, upscale and fun rooftop bar, right in the heart of downtown Tortoli. Very friendly staff. Strong air conditioner. Nice views. Reasonable price. Stayed an extra night because it was such a good stay.

The room including the bathroom was very clean. The staff even filled the fridge every day, changed the towels (if necessary) and swiped the floor. Aircondition worked fine and roller shutter were a plus.
