Cozy apartment located in one of the most beautiful areas of Milan. The apartment has been renovated with the use of quality materials that give the environment a perfect mix of elegance and modernity. Its strategic location, just 2 minutes walk from Milan Tram "3" allows you to reach the Duomo, the Fashion District, Brera and Navigli District in just 20 minutes. The strategic location makes it the ideal location for a valuable stay in Milan. The apartment is located on the second floor of a major building. The area is strategic in terms of movement thanks to its excellent connections. The apartment, very quiet and bright, has just been renovated and is located on the 2nd floor of an important condominium; floor that can be reached comfortably by elevator as well. - Living Inside the apartment we find a bright living area with a very comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV with Netflix. - Bedroom A modern bedroom with a king-size double bed (electronically adjustable in height) and a spacious wardrobe in which to store one's clothes. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom. - Balcony Nice balcony overlooking the main street. - Kitchen The modern kitchen has a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, various utensils and a dining table. - Bathroom A brand new bathroom that has a large bathtub, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and welcome kit with shampoo and bath shower; there is also a washer and dryer. The house is fully air-conditioned, with adjustable heating and air conditioning. In addition, there is fibre optics that provides a fast and efficient Wi-Fi connection perfect for Smart Working.
