In the centre of Milano, 5 minutes walk from the Duomo Cathedral and La Scala, the most important italian theatre, we offer a beautiful and well furnished duplex apartment of 100 sqm/ 1076 ft modern and recently renovated. It has three bedrooms, a bright living room, two bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped separate kitchen.(015146-CNI-00625) This two floor apartment has on the lower floor a beautiful living room with a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, micro and traditional ovens, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine. On this floor you can find a double bedroom ( kingsize) and another with 2 single beds a bathroom with shower. On the second floor you can find a queen size bedroom with a suite bathroom with shower. The apartment faces a cozy and quiet courtyard

The neighborhood of San Maurilio, as well as being strategically located just a few minutes from the Duomo has a great personality and charm. You can amaze this district, where there are antique shops, small artists laboratory, designers atelier. Via San Maurilio and adjoining streets are worth a visit and get lost in the lanes of roads.
