We are in a strategic position in the most lively and characteristic district of Rome where villages, alleys, squares and fountains will make you relive the Roman "La Dolce Vita", easily accessible whether you arrive by train or plane. The apartment is ideal for a large family or two couples of friends, located on the first floor with elevator, an elegant and quiet condominium, high ceilings and a light parquet throughout the house make it very bright and uniform. , We have 2 independent and/ or communicating rooms to choose according to your needs, to accommodate up to 4 people, both rooms enjoy their privacy. The property includes 2 bathrooms, a small equipped kitchen and a vestibule with a washing machine for medium/ long stays. On request you can add the fifth bed or cot in one of the rooms but only for children up to 12 years. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and television, Wi fi and heating.
Trastevere is the thirteenth district of Rome and the largest. Today Trastevere still retains its character thanks to the winding streets covered with cobblestones overlooked by medieval houses. The night is filled with people, thanks to the wealth of typical Roman restaurants, clubs and pubs for every price range. The area is characterized by monuments to Gioachino Belli and the Roman poet Trilussa; here Alberto Sordi was born, in a demolished house in Via San Cosimato, remembered in a commemorative plaque. The area is connected at all hours by means of transport to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino, and to the railway stations of Termini and Trastevere, as well as to the center of Rome. In particular, 300 meters from the apartment you will find one of the many tram stops n.8 that runs along Viale Trastevere and in 10 minutes will take you to the beautiful Piazza Venezia. But if you want to know and love Rome walking you are a stone’s throw from the Colosseum, San Pietro, Piazza Navona al Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna a Fontana di Trevi, or from the squares of nightlife such as Trilussa and Campo dei Fiori, from the Jewish Ghetto, one of the most beautiful hidden treasures of the whole capital. ... and much more.
