Welcome to our wonderful apartment located in a central position near the Isola and Garibaldi districts. A neighborhood where you can breathe the Milanese Movida, full of restaurants, pubs, bars and shops of all kinds! Nearby you will find the M5 metro, from which you can reach all areas of Milan in a very short time. The Duomo is less than 20 minutes away, the Central Station 15 minutes away, San Siro and Rho Fiera respectively 25 minutes away. Suitable for couples, friends or families. The space Convenient apartment to reach the center of Milan, thanks to the metro stop a few steps away. Equipped with every comfort it will make your stay pleasant. Easy house is a functional apartment for the stay of up to 5 guests, who will have a large bedroom, with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, adjacent to a spacious living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a complete equipment, to allow you to cook with ease, if, instead, you want to relax, the house is easily accessible from all deliveroo! Finally, there is a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a typical Milanese building, which allows a view of the city. Numerous amenities are available to guests: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine. Other information to keep in mind: -IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES -Pets are not allowed -The house is inside a condominium, therefore, from 10 pm to 8 am it is forbidden to make noises, which could disturb the neighborhood -It is mandatory to separate waste collection -It is forbidden to smoke inside
