Property info

Nice and comfortable flat located in the heart of Fiera Milano City, a stone's throw from the famous City Life complex and the San Siro Stadium, 10 minutes from the Sforzesco Castle and 15 minutes from the Duomo. A few meters from the structure you can find the Amendola (M1) and Lotto (M5) metro stops, as well as numerous bus and tram stops. The flat is very convenient both for those who want to visit the city and for professionals on a business trip. The flat consists of a large and bright open space, well divided between the living area and the sleeping area. A spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen equipped with hob, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, a large refrigerator and all the necessary tools for cooking. The sleeping area is equipped with a very comfortable bed and a large bookcase, with an adjoining walk-in closet. It all ends with a comfortable bathroom with shower. The apartment is air conditioned. Guests have access to the entire apartment via the condominium entrance quickly and easily thanks to the self check-in machines.

Neighborhood info

The flat is located in a very quiet street with little traffic, despite this it is well connected to the rest of the city. A few steps away there is a large Esselunga supermarket. A few meters away there are many traditional bars and restaurants, laundries, supermarkets and a few hundred meters away the brand new City Life shopping center. A few steps from the structure there are the Amendola (M1) and Lotto (M5) metro stops which connect perfectly to the rest of the city. In addition to this there are numerous bus and tram stops. Below the flat you can find numerous free parking spaces and paid parking spaces a few meters away. The area is well supplied with taxis and connected to car sharing apps. Throughout the area you can find bicycles and scooters for rent.
