Wonderful quiet place with amazing view from a large loggia of the Tuscan landscape - low mountine ridges covered with wineyards and olive groves. Very pleasant accommodation with swimming pool in the garden. Very accommodating landlord and his wife. Location in the heart of Tuscany, i. e. nothing is too far (and there is a lot to see in Tuscany...), including San Marino and both Tyrhen and Adriatic Seas. Pretty good train connection from Pontassieve (cca 10 km.) to the very center of Florence (do not think about getting there by car...). In one word: fantastic. We managed to see Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, San Marino, and also a couple of smaller towns like Barberino Val d´Elsa, Castellina in Chianti, or Montereggiani in twelve days. And bathing in both the seas too. Simply: TUTTO BENE!

+ Large apartment with a terrace with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Lots of information materials, leaflets and prepared tips for trips. Air conditioning in both rooms so it was possible to heat up (there were colder eveneings). + Wifi on the terrace + Nice host

It is spacious apartment, well equiped, clean, with big terrace and fantastic view. Owner is very pleasent and helpful. Good location for visit Florence and other places in Toscana. Parking space in front of the house. Two A/C, in both rooms.

The best thing about it - the view from the balcony. It is really beautiful. As for the place - it is (what I'm assuming) a regular Italian family house. Not a modern hotel-style room with new furniture, so don't expect that. It's a charming old home with a great view. The hosts (an Italian couple) were lovely and suggested a nice pizza place not far from them. The stay overall was a great way to experience Italian way of living (the food, the restaurant, the house and the view from the balcony).

Due to a long way from Poland we came to Bel panorama later than check in hours but it was no problem for our host and they were so kind to wait for us. The place is stunning, the view from the terrance makes you feel like in a movie. The Apartment is spacious, has A/C which in July was really important and a fully equipped kitchen. Its far from bigger cities so having a car is a must have if you want to do shopping for example. The view from the pool is also amazing. Carlo was always helpful and we felt that he really cares about his guests. I can truly recommend this place for everyone, some of my friends already want to make reservation :)

Godt utstyrt og stor leilighet. Hyggelig vertskap, opplevde en herlig velkomst. Fint med aicondition i både stue og soverom for oppvarming, da det var kaldt de første dagene. Kjøkkenet var veldig godt utrustet med alt man trenger for hushold; salt, kaffe, te, matpapir, tørkerull etc. Nydelig og stor balkong. Parkeringsplass
