really nice beaches nearby, driving distance, but still close. Clean and tidy apartment, bunk beds for kids were a nice change from sofas and the kids loved it. Host was very helpful, accepted out late arrival time, overall very positive person. Good price too. Quiet AC was helpful for better sleep. Beds really comfy.

    Close to Isola di Albarella (10 mins) and Rosolina Mare (15 mins), the hotel is located on the main way to Chioggia (25 mins) Venice (70 mins) It's a budget hotel, do not expect anything more than a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom and free parking. In the surroundigs (within 5 mins walking) there are supermarkets, discounts, and restaurants (classy or budget). The staff is friendly and the check in is fast.

The building is on the main road, and it has free parking slots, Walking 3-5 mins you can reach some restaurants (also with local fish food), bars, a bank and a supermarket: the main services are covered. The hotel has a restaurant and a SPA in the building. The staff is friendly.

    The receptionist was very kind. She even wrote down us the adresses of restaurants in the neighborhood as the hotel's restaurant was closed. The room was on the roadside but was quiet nevertheless.
