The apartment is located on the ground floor of a period building, and is equipped with every comfort to make your stay unique and pleasant. In the living area you will find a valuable antique piece of furniture, in perfect harmony with the rest of the modern equipment: kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and any other utensil. The furnishings are completed by a table and chairs to dine in peace. Upon their arrival, guests will find a bottle of water for a first refreshment. (upon arrival guests will find a bottle of cold water as a welcome). The living area leads to the private courtyard with table and chairs, a perfect space to share a good Tuscan wine, a breakfast or an aperitif. To you the choice. In the bedroom, which overlooks the private courtyard, there is a Queen-size double bed, with a very comfortable mattress on which to rest after a day of visits, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables and electrical sockets on the sides of the bed. On request it is possible to add a third folding bed.

The furnishings are completed by a practical and functional bathroom with window, with spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink with mirror, hairdryer, Welcome Kit with soap and bathroom shower. There are also various compartments useful for storing your personal effects. Sheets, blankets, duvet and two sets of 100% cotton towels are provided. We are however at your disposal for other needs. At guests' disposal a 34'' 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, and free WI-FI connection. All spaces in the house are welcoming and bright. The apartment will be for the exclusive use of guests. Thanks to the self check-in, guests can access the apartment independently, but we kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time. Check-out must take place no later than 10.30 on the day of departure. Access codes and other info will be communicated 24 hours before arrival. We ask you to respect the rules of common life, keeping the spaces clean and observing the hours of silence from 11pm to 8am.
