The Cadrega Residence Brand new refurbished apartment in the city of Milan with independent access. Self check-in/out available. The apartment comprises a living room with kitchen, bathroom, and double bedroom. The living room features a double sofa bed, and upon request, up to two cribs/toddler beds are available. Amenities include TV, WiFi, bathroom with toilet, bidet, and a spacious shower. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, utensils, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. There is also a four seated dining table and a three-seater sofa bed with a coffee table. Location The apartment is located 300 metres from the Precotto Metro station on the Red M1 line. Only 20 minutes away from the Milan Cathedral (Duomo) with direct Metro M1 access. Linate Airport is 40 minutes away, directly connected via Metro M1+M6. It is also a 20-minute journey from Milano Centrale Station, reachable by Metro M1+M2 or bus 86. Reaching Other areas in Milan The University of Bicocca and Teatro Arcimboldi are within a 10-minute walk. Rho Fiera and Cadorna Station can be reached directly via M1 from the Precotto station or by train from Greco Pirelli Station (2 minutes away). The Isola district, Bosco Verticale, Corso Como, and more are just 25 minutes away by Tram 7 from Largo Mattei or with M5 Lilla. If you want to travel outside Milan there are direct trains to Lake Como which depart from Greco Pirelli Station.
