Ground floor apartment of a small condominium, with a large private veranda. The splendid beach with its pine forest is within walking distance (50m). Located behind the seafront of Patti, where it is pleasant to take walks and stop in one of the countless cafes that characterize it. It is possible to organize pleasant excursions to the Aeolian Islands with the ticket office and the pier at less than 50m. Public and paid parking behind the house

Patti Marina was born as a small village of sailors and has maintained its charm over the years. Today there are numerous cafes on the seafront. Not far away other centers such as San Giorgio, Capo Calava', Mongiove ... From the historical point of view there is a Roman Villa in Patti Marina, reachable on foot in 15 min. It is also near Tindari famous for the sanctuary dedicated to the Madonna, for the Roman theater overlooking the sea and for the Marinello lakes.
