Elegant, recently renovated suite, equipped with all comforts.T The accommodation is functionally furnished to accommodate travellers from all over the world, whether you come to enjoy a holiday or for business. You can reach the city centre with the tram number 27 ,which is only a 1-minute walk away. You will have , free wi-fi , TV with netflix , Youtube , Amazon Prime and Self check-in. The elegantly furnished suite is located on the first floor of a building. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it ideal for leisure and business trips. As soon as you enter on the right, you will find: -Fully equipped kitchen consisting of: an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a nespresso coffee machine. coffee capsules will be supplied and tea bags. You also get a set of pots, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and various useful cooking utensils. -The living area has a reclining sofa, a table where you can enjoy your meals, and a 50'' SMART TV with netflix, amazon prime video and youtube to relax after a day of shopping or work. -The bathroom offers a shower , complete sanitary facilities, a compartment for personal belongings, a washing machine, a led-lit mirror and a hair dryer. On arrival, you will find a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. A set of 2 towels in different sizes will also be at your disposal. -Continuing you will find the sleeping area, very cosy , with a double bed and a large wardrobe with compartments where you can store your clothes and suitcases. There is also a dresser. There is air conditioning throughout the house. There are numerous clubs, restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. *We remind you that smoking is strictly forbidden in the house in every room, and it is forbidden to organise parties.
The neighborhood is a very livable area, quiet and green, especially in the many internal paths that characterize it , and is very well connected to the city center, with a tram line, the 27, which leads to Piazza Fontana, and a bus line, the 45. -1 minutes' walk from the tram n.27 , where you can easily reach the city centre -8 minutes' drive from Linate Airport -9 minutes’ walk from the EAST MARKET -10 minutes' walk from fabrique, a famous local for the concerts and night life -8 minutes' walk from RAI production center and EAST END STUDIOS -7 minutes' drive from the SKY studios
