Located in the heart of Milan, in an exclusive and elegant area, a few steps from Via Durini, Piazza San Babila, Via Montenapoleone and the fashion district, the apartment, of about 50 square meters, is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, it is very quiet as it overlooks the internal courtyard. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a bathroom with a large shower. It is suitable for 4 people, 2 of whom will be able to sleep on the sofa bed and on the armchair located in the living area equipped with large wardrobes; complete the equipment, the air conditioning system, ultra-fast WI-FI and smart TV with Netflix a minibar, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a hairdryer.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, the metro stop in San Babila M1 is just a few minutes walk from the house and with it you can reach any area of Milan, including the Fair, in a very short time; with the Metro line M4, always with a stop in San Babila, you can get directly to Linate airport in a few minutes. A few steps from the property, you will also find the bus stops 54, 60, 73 and 94 and tram 12. A garage (on reservation) is 10 meters away, as well as a small supermarket open 7/7- h 24. Other very large garages, which do not require a reservation, are about 200 meters away
