The property had all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Walking distance to everything, convenient to tram if you wanted to walk to the downtown core (although we like to walk so 45 min to Duomo). Kitchen and lounge area allowed us to make meals and relax but also excellent restaurants near by (yummy pizza at Pasta a Mani). The hosts were extremely helpful and nice.

Soak in the view of CityLife park and Shopping District, this cozy apartment let you experience Milan from different points of view: a few minutes walk from MiCo, Allianz Tower, Generali Tower and the under construction PwC Tower, Parco Sempione, Triennale and Arco della Pace vibrant nightlife and Pier della Francesca colourful neighbourhood. Our apartment that is near M5 underground and the characteristic milanese tramway, is a great location for exploring Milano. Business travel welcome You can choose to relax sipping a good italian wine after a business or romantic day enjoying a beautiful sunset over the brand new Milano skylineThe apartment is situated inside a typical milanese building, a beautiful condo garden welcomes you on your arrival. It is functional with air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, induction stove, coffee machine and all cooking utensils. Tea, coffee and tisane will be included and we will also provide bedding and towels.
At your arrival we will be there to welcome you and make yourself at home. Inside the apartment you will find a house book with all information about the flat and restaurants, shops, laundry, supermarkets around the neighbourhood.
The neighbourhood is very well served, even if the house is in a very quiet one way street with no traffic. There are a lot of shops, pizzeria, bar, ice cream shops, cinema, restaurants, banks, patisserie, three supermarkets within a few minutes walk (one open 08/24, 7/7). The new CityLife park for jogging is just a few minutes away. The apartment is near M5 and M1 underground, tramway lines, buses.
