NEWS NEWS NEWS From Jan 15 2021 the renovation of Morosini Brandolin Palace will begin with limitations on the use of some parts of the building. From March 23 2023 is fully usable the elevator. The apt. remains fully usable, however, the property has decided to apply a affordable rate who choose to stay during the renovation with a discount on the daily rate. The Apartment : A charming, romantic abode, the apartment pairs vintage furnishing from the 1800s with the most modern amenities. Situated on the second floor of Gothic palazzo Morosini Brandolin on the Grand Canal, it occupies one of the sides of the palace. Its large living room windows look on the alley and give a glimpse of the Grand Canal. Recently renovated in all details, the main bedroom features a double bed, with an extra bed available, and exposed original rafters. Its natural decorative elements make it naturally elegant. The twin bedroom is cozy and hospitable. The apartment features a dining/living room with table, chairs, couch, and TV set. A furnished kitchenette with window completes the room. The bathroom, preceded by a vestibule, is modern, roomy, and has a window. It features a plate glass shower box and is fully-fitted. The apartment has AC and Wifi.
