Our apartment is very bright and welcoming, equipped with every comfort, located on the second floor overlooking the San Lorenzo Canal and beautiful private gardens. We are just a few steps from Piazza San Marco, but just outside the most massive tourist flow. The kitchen is very well stocked, perfect for those who love cooking. You will also find a book of Venetian cuisine, also translated into English, if you want to experiment! You will also find games for children. The city tax have to be paid by cash at the arrival, it is E 4,00 per person per night (the guest have to pay for the first 5 night)
At your arrival there will always be a person of our staff to welcome you, to give you all the information you need. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary information for a comfortable stay. In the apartment you will find a mini guide, with the restaurants we love and we suggest. You will always find the house clean and tidy, we expect respect for things and cleanliness. Please use both the independent heating and the air conditioning as if you were at home, please do not leave them switched on unnecessarily when you are away from home for many hours.
We are in the popular Sestiere di Castello, on the border with that of San Marco. The area is very vital but silent. An immersion in the true Venetian life. You will find every kind of shop, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. The nearest boat stop is San Zaccaria, actually a 5-minute walk away, coming instead from the airport (using Alilaguna) it is worthwhile to get off at the Ospedale stop (10 minutes on foot). We are on the Rivetta di Campo San Lorenzo, in front of the Police station. A few days before your arrival we would need to know your estimated time of arrival in the apartment to arrange the handing over of the keys. The chech in can be made from 15.30 to 20.00, get in touch whit us to take an appointment or if you need other times.
