You are in one of the most prestigious and lively districts of the city: the area of Via Marghera/Corso Vercelli. Perfectly connected with metro/ bus/tram to the city center. The area is well known for its excellent restaurants, clubs, shops. There are also many supermarkets. The Teatro Nazionale (famous for its musicals) is just 5 minutes walk away. Next to my building, a small park for children; the larger Pallavicino park is a short distance away. Next to my door, on the street, an excellent pastry-bar. The apartment is very well connected with the city center: in 5 minutes on foot you arrive to the tube station: in just 6 stops (10 mins) you reach the Duomo, only 3 stops (5 mins) to Cadorna train station (Malpensa Express). In 20 minutes you reach Central Station. Depending on the time and the period, free parking can be found on the wide sidewalks in the area. In any case, the neighborhood has several private garages and a large pay parking on the street (blue stripes). With your car it is always possible to stop temporarily in front of the building to load/unload your luggage.
