Built 1990, refurbished 2016 and equipped with new furniture. Large bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. Large entrance, equipped kitchen ready to cook; in addition to the essential accessories, you will find Arabica quality coffee, tea, sugar, 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine with detergent, the living room 25 sqm. it is relaxing with comfortable sofa beds, smart flat 40 "TV. Two large terraces with awnings. In a strategic area to easily and quickly reach the island of Venice by public transport (24h / 24h), the Cruise Terminal Port (Marittima), Mestre Center, Venice Santa Lucia and Venice-Mestre Railway Station, "Marco Polo" VCE Airport Venice and TSF Treviso "Canova" airport. The apartment is in the quiet residential area of ​​Viale San Marco Venezia Mestre, many trees and public greenery, it is the closest and most convenient place to quickly reach the island of Venice, 12 minutes by Tram T1. Near the center of Mestre 1.5 km, the Venice-Mestre train station 2.5 km, the Marco Polo airport 8 km, the San Giuliano Park 1 km, one of the largest in Europe: you can rent bicycles, practice activities canoeing / sailing, playing tennis, walking and admiring the lagoon, Venice and its islands. It is easily reachable from the motorway 5 km and outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).
