Nice apartment right by the Rialto bridge

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Splendid in Venice. The location is excellent – quiet yet very central, just a short walk from both the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. Our room was spacious and comfortable, fully in line with our expectations. One of the standout features is the rooftop terrace – a peaceful spot with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and calm, making it a great base for discovering the city.

Quiet and picture perfect location but close to attractions. Spacious. Lovely bar and garden and a wonderful breakfast bar.

Everything was perfect and very accommodating. Hygiene was great! The service was great! The style was in the mood of Venice so it gave us an authentic experience. The lovely receptionist (Petra) was very warm, welcoming and always ready to make our stay more comfortable!

EXCELLENT bk, SIMPLE BUT PROPER (GOOD QUALITY COISSANT, YOGURT)

Nice & fantastic room, it was above our expectations 💕. Right on Venice sight seeing.

The location is close to the bridge Rialto, the room was very clean, the staff was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent and the room spacious and comfortable. The staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Our short stay in Venice was made very pleasant by the staff at Pensione Guerrato, which is ideally located. The room was spacious, clean, the breakfast very well organised and generous. This contributed greatly to a memorable two day trip to this magical city, we will visit again.

Staff very nice and helpful, lovely rooms, very confortable bed and great location (next to a canal, easy to find and easy to go to and from the train station)

Absolutely excellent!!! I’ll stay only here next time!

Great location, good bars and restaurants nearby. Free water at the hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is really close to the vaporeto station, it was nice, quiet and clean with a nice breakfast, we forgot some stuff and the staff helped us so we can receive it in ª different city, love it.

The location is great , close to everything and breakfast is awesome, also the people are very friendly there. The room size is wonderful, and like the classical style. The bed is comfortable too, get good sleep there! All in all like everything there!

The staff was very friendly and professional, the location is great (25 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by boat from the main station), the view from their dock is amazing, and everything was very clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect - in the middle of the city and easy to walk everywhere. Close to the vaporetto stops and Rialto bridge. Breakfast was excellent. They had a wide variety to choose from. We stayed in the apartment, which looks out over the Grand Canal.

Extremely well maintained heritage property. The family and staff are very sweet and always serve with a smile.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, right on a canal, offering an authentic Venetian atmosphere while still being peaceful and comfortable. The building has the charm and character of traditional Venice, yet the rooms feel fresh, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable throughout my stay. One thing I particularly appreciated was that the hotel preserved its historic character without any of the musty or worn feeling that can sometimes be found in older buildings. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast room was elegant and full of character, and the breakfast itself offered fresh, high-quality products with a good variety of options. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my visit to Venice. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, charming, and comfortable Venetian experience.
