Large and bright 120sqm apartment with terrace and two bathrooms, located on the 16th floor of an ultra-modern building with lift! The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all comforts! The property is located in a quiet and residential neighborhood, but at the same time it is not far from the Central Station, the departure and arrival point of multiple public transport to reach the main points of interest in Milan! The apartment consists of: -Entrance with living room with double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining area and kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher. The living room leads to the large panoramic terrace. -Bedroom I with double bed and wardrobe. -Bedroom II with double bed and wardrobe - BEDROOM III with 2 singles Two bathrooms both with bidet and shower. Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, central heating, AC with split in every room, washing machine, hairdryer Possibility of paid parking (blue lines) near the house.
