Completely renovated in a chic key, it stands out for the prestige and refinement of its materials and furnishing elements. Black, with its elegance and grandeur, takes center stage, creating a modern yet timeless ambiance. The apartment opens onto spacious living room equipped with a very modern white sofa, contrasting with the rest of the furniture, well lit by two abat-jours placed at its sides. From here you can relax while comfortably watching the TV that is placed on the opposite wall. In the living room we also find the dining table and two additional seats. Continuing on the floor, we meet the open kitchen equipped with a peninsula, where the black countertop creates an interesting color contrast with the light-colored wall units. Also here we find the first of the two bathrooms: it is always black that reigns supreme in all the bathroom fixtures, this time contrasted with the gold of the faucets of the sinks and bathtub. Leaving, we continue to the upper mezzanine floor, where we are greeted by a very elegant four-poster bed, two modern bedside tables with abat-jour, a designer sofa and additional seating. On the floor we also find the bathroom, this time played on light blue tones, complete with shower and sanitary ware. But this is not the end of the story. To complete the property, there is also a large walk-in closet. Self check-in is provided for this apartment. Thanks to the electronic lock and accesses that we will send you before your arrival, you will be able to enter independently from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in. You will only need your smartphone with your active Internet connection. If you wish to be greeted in person instead, please let us know at the time of booking. This service has an additional charge and is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Self check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure
