The apartment was the home of an Arsenalotto (ship builder). Renovated in 2017 and refitted in january 2018. Free ultra fast wi-fi. Two steps away from the Biennale and the Arsenale. Few minutes on foot from San Marco Square and the Rialto bridge. 10 minutes by water bus from Lido island (beaches and Venice Film Festival) . 95mq, 3 floors. Perfect for 2/4 guests. Up to 7 guests whit the sofa bed and the folding bed. The area offers restaurants, bacari, pizzerie, supermarket, wine stores, etc. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The full service pots, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses are available to the guests. TV, a large closet and a armchair and a sofa bed in the living room. A handmade staircase made of iron, copper and brass connects the other two floors, where there are a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor.If your coming in two, the bedroom and the bathroom on the third floor will be locked. However if you prefer to sleep in different beds i will be glad to offer you the second bedroom and bathroom. It will cost 25e more per night. Otherwise i can offer you the sofa bed for 15e extra per nigth.
The apartment is located in Castello district, the hidden heart of Venice where you can stroll along the most quiet and shady alleys, away from the overcrowded tourist areas to find many craftsmen shops, small art galleries, antique book stores where the old Venetian language is still spoken. Still it is not far away from St. Mark Sq. and the Rialto bridge, the highlights of the city. Only two steps from the walls of the Arsenale, the oldest shipyard in the world still used as a shipyard, this apartment, that was renovated by a Venetian architect, combines the charme of history to all the comforts of a new home. On the first floor: the kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The full service pots, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses are available to the guests. TV, a large closet and a armchair and a sofa bed in the living room.
