Property info

Bring the whole family to this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space for fun. The villa has just been renovated, and there is plenty of space outside for sunbathing, entertaining and outdoor dining. Parking is inside the property. There is a characteristic olive grove around it. The sea is less than 2 km away and the villa is in an excellent position for reaching all the tourist destinations in the area, but away from the summer chaos. An oasis of tranquillity. Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. The flat is part of a larger villa that has just been renovated, we are looking forward to our first guests :) There is plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing, entertaining, dining al fresco and parking is inside the building. A large garden with olive, lemon and orange trees and the sea at a short distance make this accommodation an ideal place to spend your holiday. There is Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning, and guests have access to their own private flat to all areas of the property. Garden, lounge area, parking.

Neighborhood info

Surrounded by nature and olive groves but not too far from 'civilisation' for all possible needs. The area's beaches and various hidden coves can be reached in 2 minutes by car via an internal road with little traffic. The Mattinata and Manfredonia coasts are also 5 minutes away, offering free beaches and equipped lidos, bars, restaurants and all services. The area is very large, characterised by many well-spaced villas, each with its own olive grove. The promontory, the olive trees and the sea meet here and make this an ideal area for slow tourism, suitable for those who know how to appreciate its typicality. The area is still inhabited by many residents who like to live in tranquillity and close to the sea but not far from the towns of Mattinata and Manfredonia.
