Very friendly helpful host who met us when we arrived. The whole place is very clean. New Modern furniture. There is a nice terrace with a view of the street. The huge bed is located on a loft inside the apartment with a circular staircase leading up to it. We liked having a washing machine in the unit. We were able to catch up on our laundry. The neighborhood is residential with a few small stores, bars, restaurants and cafes. (We particularity enjoyed Bistro Pizza at Pizza Bagnoli n9 for full service and Antica Pizzeria 1/2 block away for take out.) Street parking was pretty easy to find. We kept our rental car parked on the street unmoved for our 3 night stay and walked to the Metro or commuter train. We hope to stay here again.

VILLA ROSA is an ancient Art Nouveau Villa fully renovated. In VILLA ROSA there are n. 4 apartments complete with living room (with sofa bed), kitchen (outfitted with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and with dishware, cookware, coffee machine), bathroom, bedroom and terrace - and n. 1 little apartment complete with living room (with sofa bed), kitchen (outfitted with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and with dishware, cookware, coffee machine), bathroom and terrace. All the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (both for summer and winter), Wi-Fi (internet) and SMART TV (with digital system, satellite system and internet connection - NETFLIX).
Villa Rosa is located in Naples (west area of the city) in a quiet neighborhood by the sea. Nearby the villa it is possible to find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and several shops of all kinds. The center of Naples can be easly reached in 15 minutes both by subway (line 2) or by the Cumana railway, whose stations are located 200 meters and 400 meters from Villa Rosa, respectively. By the Cumana railway it is possible to reach in few minutes also the archaeological sites of Pozzuoli and Baia, the port of Pozzuoli (bording for Ischia and Procida islands) and some other seaside areas on the coast.
