We are a team of INSIDERS. The concept of our Riad goes beyond being a guest house. We take care of the guest and advise him so that he knows the authentic Marrakech !! That is why our team, in addition to managing the functions of the riad, proposes different routes every day. We like to consider our Riad as our home, in which we strive to make the stay of our guests in Marrakech as informed and pleasurable as possible, rather than giving the standard hotel service. The philosophy of the Riad Aguaviva is to integrate, as far as possible, into the daily life of the neighborhood and make the traveler live an unforgettable experience, combining the tourist Marrakech with the authentic and hidden Marrakech for many travelers, always advised by our team, a real team of INSIDERS. This riad is indicated for travelers and people who have a special interest in the autochthonous culture.

Neighborhood info

Riad Aguaviva is in the northern area of the medina, in a traditional and quiet neighborhood (one of our fundamental attractions), which allows you to see the reality of everyday life and very interesting places near the riad. This quarter still keeps the authentic essence of Marrakech as it has not yet been invaded by mass tourism. We are 200 meters from the mausoleum of Sidi ben Abbas, 10 minutes from the Ben Youssef madrasa (true epicenter of the medina), about 20 minutes walking to the famous Jmaa LFnaa square and to the Majorelle Garden.
