A designated swimming area which spans over 100 meters is located within a 5 min walk and for those who prefer a swimming pool, there are two beach clubs within walking distance of the apartment. Upon entering, this beautiful property reveals a typical Mediterranean open plan living space with lots of natural light coming in from the balcony door. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and a cooking hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave as well as all cooking utensils and crockery. The picturesque Spinola Bay is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and, in the evening, plenty of nightlife. The area has all types of restaurants, cafes and a busy shopping complex nearby. An excellent promenade by the waters edge extends all the way to Sliema making for a lovely ‘stroll.’ For even livelier nightlife, St Julian's is very close to Malta’s entertainment ‘hot-spot’, Paceville.
