Directly across the road from the famous Maunganui Beach and a short stroll to the restaurants and shops on Maunganui Road, this is the perfect base to explore all that Mount has to offer. The home has new furniture throughout and is an idyllic base to leave the car at home and relax. The space: This spacious 3-level townhouse sits one home back on the prime Mount Manganui street Marine Parade and has plenty of room for all the family. The spacious open plan living area has a large wrap-around deck with outdoor dining and lounging where you can make the most of ocean views. House Configuration: Ground Floor – Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom. Separate bathroom and laundry facilities. Outdoor shower for post beach rinse down. First Floor – Bedroom 2 - Master double bedroom with ensuite and spa bath. Bedroom 3 - Large double bedroom/balcony with outdoor seating/ beautiful sea views Bedroom 4 – two king single beds. Separate family bathroom. Second Floor – Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The large wrap-around balcony outdoor dining and seating to enjoy the sea views over the Mount Beach to the northeast. Separate toilet.

Mount Maunganui is famously known as one of the most popular holiday spots in NZ. Our home is right by the beach, walking distance to numerous walking tracks and shops/restaurants.
