This 2-bedroom townhouse is located in Lyall Bay, Wellington. Just a short 5-minute walk to great café’s, the bus-stop and Lyall Bay beach, best known for its south coast waves and surfing. Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood with sneaky views of airport and ocean but close enough to all the action. If you’re flying in or out of Wellington, or you are looking for a quiet place to relax with your family/friends, this property has just what you need!
A Wellingtonian through and through, having lived here most of my life. I have moved out of the city and am now enjoying rural life. I love travelling and do this as often as I can! As a host, I want guests to feel the same welcoming and relaxing environment I'd like to experience in places that I stay.
- Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood - 5-minute drive to the airport - 10-minute drive to Wellington’s CBD - Other restaurants, a brewery and shopping within a 10-minute walk.
