I had messaged the hotel to ask if we could please drop our luggage as early as 10 AM. Instead, they had our room ready for us at 10:30 AM as we arrived from the train station. It really felt as if they had gone out of their way to make us comfortable. Location was perfect. Staff was welcoming. Room was spacious and immaculate. My list goes on and on!
