It was a peaceful vibe in the whole guest house. Kind owners were welcoming me. The room was clean and I had a good sleep in a comfy bed.
Also I loved chilling on the rooftop at night.

I booked it because of the cats, the peacock, and the location. Rooms were clean, I enjoyed petting one or two of the cats that were friendly. It was a nice location to beaches, good recommendations, Nick was very helpful and accommodating with us. They had informative emails messages before the stay and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I enjoyed seeing the peacock, Reno. We got a laugh when he squawked on the roof. We had a wonderful time. It was nice having a fridge in the common area to store our leftovers. I’d stay here again.

Wow! I've been dying to stay here and it did not disappoint. The property itself is beautiful and so well maintained. Feels lush, unique, and bohemian. Like a magical little retreat in the jungle. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and fully vegan -- the perfect light meal before starting our beach day. The bed was comfortable and the view of the jungle from our room was so dreamy. Plus, the outdoor shower was heavenly. We also traveled with our dog and they had a little bed and food bowls waiting for him. Would definitely stay here again. Also, we rented a golf cart during our stay. Highly recommend you rent some sort of transportation, whether its that or a car.

Most of the remote beaches on the east side are closed due to stray bombs. They do not advertise this fact well.
The social climate on Vieques is somewhat hostile. The vendors are dishonest, trying to rip you off. Lots of rude people, drunks and bums. A fistfight and shouting match broke out on our ferry ride. The locals and strays seem to be annoyed by the masses of tourists. The restaurants are a bit expensive.
Overall it's a huge hassle getting to the island and then finding a car/cart. You're probably better off staying on the big island beaches. That being said, it's a beautiful spot and there's some nice snorkeling spots.

We came to see the BioBay.
We came to see the BioBay. It is quite a chore to get over there, so make it worth your while! We ate at Bananas and talked with a few of the locals. Got to see the wild horses that are all around the island. Enjoyed a sunset walk oceanside.

Must explore the island. So many beaches and scenery to view. Use the time to dine at smaller local restaurants as well for local cuisine. All rental and tourist support places were friendly and very helpful!

Vieques is gorgeous! There are so many beach opportunities. We visited only four beaches on this trip since we spent only one day on Vieques. However, we loved driving across the island on a golf cart and taking in all the scenes. The horses everywhere give it a magical feel, and everyone is so friendly and laid back. Make sure to have cash as many vendors/food trucks don't take cards. The bio bay is INCREDIBLE and should be on everyone's bucket list!!

Food on island was delicious.

The main attraction is the bioluminescent bay.
The main attraction is the bioluminescent bay. It is definitely worth the trip. Bad part is getting there. Ferry service is a bit slow and not many options. Only a few times to choose from. There is no public transportation and getting a taxi was a task in itself. Car rentals and golf cart, scooter & moped rental places close super early.
Excellent, for a country where different languages are spoken, this hotel makes you feel at ease without any strangeness, the hotel is located on the hill, from the secluded path to the hotel reception, you can hear the wind ringing on the way, which makes you feel calm and away from the hustle and bustle, and the staff here are very warm and try to meet your needs, you can see that they like their work very much. If I have another chance to visit here, I will come here again. Thank you finca staff for the wonderful journey!
We had a wonderful stay at the Lejos Eco Resort and enjoyed everything. The Lejos team - especially Patricia and Phil - are excellent. The breakfast is homemade and delicious. The view from the containers is hard to beat. The property is located on what feels like the top of Vieques with a wonderful view of the island / ocean. We loved waking up each morning to the peaceful sounds of birds and gentle breeze. This stay was a highlight on our trip to Puerto Rico!
I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful guest house during my recent vacation to the island, and it was an absolute dream. The guest house itself was charming and cozy, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay.
The location is great, the accommodations are comfortable and well-appointed, and the owners are some of the kindest and most welcoming hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Perfect location in the Esperanza - 2 minutes walk to the restaurants, 20 minutes walk to the best Vieques Sun Bay Beach, 7 minutes walk to pickup point for all Bioluminescent Bay excursions. The new owner made a lot of upgrades around the property that made out stay very pleasant. Our colorfull room was super clean with new bedding and very comfortable bed. I recommend to stay here.
The location is fantastic in that it's extremely close to the beach and Lazy Jack's restaurant. It was affordable for the location. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having a private bathroom in the suite. The room was extremely clean. We liked keyless entry. The location worked extremely well for us as we were visiting mostly beaches and the bio bay based out of Esperanza.
Nice quiet area. The guest rooms are somewhat close to the road but infrequently used by vehicles. Large common area with game room, outdoor tables, and available towels/beach chairs. The location is good for going to either Isabel Segunda or Esperanza, but you need a car or taxi. The kids loved the animals (cats = Batman is friendly, Andrew the peacock, chickens, etc).
This is an excellent find in Vieques! We’ ve been coming to the island a lot and we are sooo pleased to find this hidden gem. The facilities are very clean, private and the room is very well equipped and the bed is so soft and comfy. They will be soon opening the restaurant and then it will be perfect! Coming back soon, we loved it!
Location & Walli the host was so friendly & helpful We were able to leave our luggage there until our ferry which was much later on. Also there were beach towels & toiletries to use & even a fridge
So so quiet too. A real treat. I’d definitely stay again. Vieques is stunning
The room is humid and uncomfortable. And the hotel has a complex and unreasonable policy of deposit refunding. When customers are checking in, the receptionist does not clearly to highlight the punish policy. Important rules in paper are not marked for customers to notice.
The hotel is in a great location, close to tours and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable. The owner Todd and Amanda are awesome and very helpful and knowledgable about the island. They provided lots of useful information. Great place to stay.
it was a charming, cozy little room with everything needed for a couple day stay! excellent location within walking distance to just about everything! beaches, restaurants and nightlife in Esperanza! Staff were welcoming and helpful!
Location is ok, very near of the center of isabella II. Unfortunately Isabella II is suffering of the economic downturn and you might want to choose the southern part of the island (esperanza) which is a bit more lively for tourist.
Suzann was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent! Very close to the beaches and the tours. Also , the place is very nice decorated and it really feels like home.
The property sits on a hill, on the island of Vieques, with outstanding views. The owners made it feel more like staying with friends and or family. Perfect spot to go and unplug and enjoy Vieques!
It was a very cute hotell with a lovely vibe and even niver staff. Very helpfull and friendly at all times.
Also there were mango trees in the hotell garden and one can eat as many as one wants!
we loved the hospitality and communication. the room was amazing and we were extremely comfortable. more so than a hotel. I won’t stay anywhere else on vieques. private and perfect! stay here!
