2 bedroom flat for holidays on the 1st line of Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped and only 30 m from the beach. Property composed of: entrance hall, two bedrooms with wardrobes (one with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds), bathroom with shower and living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning (cold and hot) in bedrooms and living room. ################################################################################################## The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days booking). The meter reading at the entrance and exit is taken to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u. If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.

Neighborhood info

Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve (Portugal). This beach has a large extension of sand, in a total area of about 146 000 m2, along 1.5 km of coastline. Next to the beach stands the Fortaleza de Santa Catarina, built in the 17th century to ensure the defence of the Arade river bar. The beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the sand and the sea. It is one of the most famous beaches in the Algarve, if not in the whole country. Every year, during the summer, the beach fills up with tourists from all over the world and, despite its great extension, it is rare not to be crowded. In recent years, it has hosted the Mundialito de Futebol de Praia (Beach Soccer World Cup), which is played in a purpose-built stadium with a capacity for 3000 people. Next to the beach, there is a plurality of restaurants and bars that attract a great number of tourists, both during the day and at night.
