Located in the Natural Park of Sintra-Cascais, this large villa is the perfect place for holidays or for changing your working place, to the middle of nature! Located in a protected area of pine forest, offering a private swimming pool and parking, as well as a garden, terrace and all the amenities. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living and dining room and a kitchen with all the necessary amenities. There are many wonderful beaches in this area that you can explore, with the closest being Praia das Maçãs and Praia Grande just 2.5 km and 3.5 km away, respectively. In the village of Praia das Maçãs and Vila de Colares, both less than 3 km from the house, you can find all kinds of shops, from supermarkets to pharmacies and banks, as well as great restaurants! Not to mention that Sintra, a World Heritage site, is just 15 minutes away by car and Lisbon, the beautiful capital, is less than 30 minutes away by car. For nature lovers, in addition to the entire coast and countless beaches, you also have the possibility to take several routes in the nature of pine and forest, both in the Serra de Sintra area, as well as by the sea, with breath taking views of the Ocean!
This property was built by my father more than 30 years ago and is part of the old houses in this region where, traditionally, families came to spend the summer months and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a habit that dates back to the time of the kings, who ordered the construction of the Palace of Sintra, with the same objective.This is a family home, which we all care for and love!We hope you feel and do the same as us and have a great vacation!
