We became a professional management company in 2022, Be Cherish Team is happy to welcome you and shear all the beautiful places, beaches what Algarve can offer you! We are excited to be a part of this community and happy to meet with people from different countries with different cultures and help them here in South of Portugal to feel like HOME. Stunning Townhouse with an open plan layout, beautifully and luxuriously furnished and two sun terraces, providing high quality accommodation and facilities, peace and privacy. The home is located in the private Alto do Moinho (Windmill Hill) complex truly on top of Paradise west of the Old Town Albufeira, the very best what the Algarve has to offer with Tennis court, beautiful gardens, large pool and sun area and own café and restaurant overlooking the Town and magnificent coastline. Utilities, Aircon, Cable TV and Hi Speed WiFi services are included. Albufeira old town, local beaches, marina and a myriad of restaurants and bars are within 15 minutes walk. The Town home private entry on the ground floor leads in to the large open space plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area. The large lounge area includes a 65" Smart TV and Sound Bar and patio doors to the terrace with outdoor dining. The upper floor hosts the sun terrace offering comfort and awesome sunset views, Bedroom with Queen size bed, Smart TV, work station and patio doors offering a relaxing views towards the old town. The bathroom comprises a large walk in shower, double sink unit, bidet and so on. The home includes Aircon in all rooms, bedding towels, cable TV, Hi Speed Wifi, WiFi speaker, beach towels, beach umbrellas and when required baby cot and chair.

The location within the estate provides peace and privacy with access to the very well maintained communal garden, large pool area with plenty of sun loungers, outside showers, tennis court, café and 2 the highly regarded "Windmill" restaurant, perfect for both short and long term stay's.
