Luxury Villa Corcovada Nicole- located in Albufeira. It is a 4 bedroom villa with air conditioning, a balcony and a heated privet pool. It also offers a lovely green garden, barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi and on the territory of the villa. There is a parking place for 1 car or for two small ones. Also you easily can leave your car outside the house where there is free parking space. Pool heating is available on request for additional cost (please check with company` s representative) This stunning villa is located in the Corcovada area near the bullfight arena in the urbanization where only villas are located. So your privacy is guaranteed! The villa consists of 2 floors: - Ground floor: With a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with a shower - 1st floor: Is with 2 bedrooms with common bathroom with bathtub and a Master bedroom with private Bathroom. There is a cozy relaxing terrace in the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and rest needful staff. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a safe. There are shutters on all windows for your security. There are electric gates on entrance. Honestly, the car is not needed as all amenities are close by. Free WiFi is available. For the better comfort during your relaxing stay there are in the territory of the villa: - Pool (1.4 m depth - Grill - dining area - sun loungers by the pool Long term winter rents please note : the base price excludes electricity. Cleaning is provided. Every guest will receive a pool towel during their holidays. Bed linens and bath towels are provided too. Housekeeping and linen change every 7-9 nights. Please note: 1. Rubbish MUST be taken out daily to avoid ants. Bins are located at the bottom of the street. You may be charged if leave the rubbish inside the house after the leaving. 2. No unaccounted guests please. 3. Arrivals after 10pm will be charged
