The location is an absolute dream. I loved the feeling of being immersed in nature, just enjoying the quiet, but also having access to an extensive list of activities that the hotel provides. Breakfast was great as far as the quality of ingredients (amazing fruit, amazing fresh eggs and charcuterie) and attentive service. I would maybe say there were a few items missing, like a good quality yogurt and homemade granola, for example. But the management went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday and it was just beyond every expectation!

The wine is also fabulous and we enjoyed our tour of the vineyard and our tasting experience. Such depth and variation from a young vineyard. The staff are all wonderful, knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful. They clearly love their work and ensuring the guest experience is the best. The family who own and run the vineyard, hotel and restaurant seem totally committed to its success and are clearly very proud of their achievement. We met two members of the family who were genuinely interested to know we were having a great time.
