The sunrise view, from the house been stunning. One of the nicest sunrises ever I seen. Very helpful owner. Great location and such a good restaurant over the road. Nicely decorated, very cozy house. As well a good choice of TV channels, fast internet. I just loved it, definitely come back !!!

This cozy and modern townhouse is located at the north of the island meaning on the heart of the nature, offering a fabulous view either over the ocean, as well as over the impressive mountains. Why not to choose to wake up and enjoy the breakfast with a great view over the northeast mountains and the blue contrast of the sea. This property has 2 rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; a modern decorated living room including tv, furniture and a lovely indoor fireplace; a bathroom full equipped and an extra toilet on the other floor; to complete the interior of the house a very good functional kitchen is there to support all your cooking tasks. The outside of the house once again the main atraction would be the view, we have a patio where you can relax with a drink or even enjoy a lovely meal with an amazing sea view. We provide a sunbed for the days you want to get tan without even leaving the property.
At an age of 57 years old, I found myself not working on a full time basis and with lots of free time. My life was pretty simple, married very young but also widowed young too I have dedicate my life to raise and teach all about life to my daughter and to my son. I was born and raised here in this amazing place where I still living with my daughter, my son who's moved to London years ago and is still based there recently decided that wanted to have a house at the place he was born and specially in the area he lived before as its one of the best sea views we are able to see in whole island!
Arriving to this fantastic place, you have a full hand of activities to do. Just as soon you leave the property there are the mazing public swimming pools, where you either can enjoy the pools, the sea access or just the amazing ocean view followed by delicious sea food provided from the restaurant/bar. Just out of the property you have one of the most important and most wanted/ visited sanctuary ( Senhor Bom Jesus). Property is located only 5 to 10 minutes away from the local petrol station, the supermarkets and a cash point. Approximately 7/8 minutes driving you have one of the best spots for the practise of bodyboard and surf. On a 10 minutes drive we have Sao Vicente, where the main touristic attraction would be The Sao Vicente Caves, formed by a volcanic eruption, also there's the Volcanism Centre, a small museum designed to complement the visit to the caves and to educate visitors through audio-visual and 3D shows on the geological formation of Madeira Island. The main city of the island called Funchal and is a 30 minutes drive. Here you can enjoy from boat trips over our fantastic ocean, walks around the city and parks, main shopping centres and most active night life.
