PLEASE NOTE, PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE UPON RESERVATION. The villa has wi-fi (however, as this is a very large property, there could be some areas where the signal is weaker.) Please note, there is another property that shares the same entrance / grounds, but this should not in any way cause any disturbances to guests or have any effect on your stay. All reservations include a full clean upon departure. This stunning property features a beautiful circular entrance hall with a striking feature brick ceiling and elegant marble tiled floors. The first part of the living space is tastefully furnished with a piano, comfortable sofa, chairs, coffee table, TV, air conditioning, and a bar area (please note: equipment and drinks not included). The modern kitchen/diner is an open and inviting space for meal preparation. There is a marble circular table with rotating serving centre, 10 chairs, dresser, air conditioning and wine fridge. The rear door leads on to the terrace and down to the laundry room (down 13 steps) with washer & separate dryer. Bedroom 1 sleeps 4 with a double bed and single bed with pull out single bed. There are ample fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom (bath shower over). Patio doors lead to exterior, and windows/doors have shutters. Bedroom 2 also sleeps 4 with a double bed and 2 single beds. This bedroom also has ample fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom (bath shower over). Patio doors lead to exterior, and windows/doors have shutters. The curved staircase leads to the first floor with the master bedroom with 2 large single beds, air conditioning, closed in terrace with sea views, separate wardrobe area and a massive bathroom with claw bathtub, separate shower cubicle and double sinks. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional cost per week/part week
