The location is located on the Military Academy Plateau, in the middle of a green and quiet area in the middle of the most beautiful zone of interbelic luxury villas with less than 100m(330yds) Park Romniceanu or Cotroceni Palace and less than 300m (500yds) Botanical Garden, Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy Also, public transport links are 100m (300yds) to the Center, North Railway Station, Militari / Drumul Taberei, Heroes' subway station 5 minutes walk. The apartment is located in an interwar building villa and is completely renovated and equipped with all the latest equipment - underfloor heating, air conditioning, electric oven, infrared cooker, microwave, automatic coffee and tea machine, free soft drinks minibar, high table and chairs bar type, easy street access with a separate entrance, easy parking in front of the entrance, a terrace for enjoying a coffee in summer or even preparing a barbecue.
The owner is a person who can help You with tips to easy your stay, with technical, cultural, trip details as a multi-knowledge person , which can facilitate the search and finding services in the area and facilitating various desires to ensure a stay as pleasant as possible. I am a traveler , so I have checked-in in hundreds of hotels , different countries , regions and towns. I learned what is good and what is wrong , what it means the hospitality , the cleanliness , and how to feel good or wrong in a holiday missed by bad hotel services , so : I give all I could to make my guests HAPPY.
