• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to the neighbours • • • Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund • • • • Please be aware that the entrance to our brand new apartment is made via a small back street, which may not be as pleasant due to circumstances beyond our control • • • • Depending on group size but not limited to, we may charge a Security Deposit, payable online via credit card, set to be returned after check out to the same payment method, once our cleaning staff confirms everything is in order. We reserve the right to claim part or all of the Security Deposit to cover any additional charges including breakages, damages, extra cleaning, unauthorised late check-out and further accommodation charges. A non-refundable transaction fee of 10 EUR will be taken as part of the authorisation process • • • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space • • • Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures • • • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.
