A lot of thought has gone into the property design. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The shuttle to ao nang is greatly appreciated. Great breakfast and restaurant is very good. Pool is clean and inviting. Staff were smiling and very helpful.

The executive family suite had a ton of room. The balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The pool was very nice and clean, had a separate little kids area perfect for a 4 year old. The game room was nice,but the toddler play room was stinky like urine. Our room was clean and tons of storage. The beds weren't the hardest beds I've slept on in Thailand,but definitely not plush. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Thankfully staff helped with carrying luggage up the 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. I felt it was an ok value for proximity to the beautiful Klong Muang Beach and size of room. Biggest complaint is the water pressure and temperature. The shower would randomly run hot or cold and loose water pressure to the point of totally turning off mid shower. Even not at peak times of day,morning and evening. Otherwise it was a great stay. Would stay again for the pool and near by beach.

Excellent room and friendly, smiley staff. The price is brilliant for the location and very short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. Modern room, spacious with fridge, kettle and we had a nice balcony. There is a mosque directly opposite so we heard the call to prayer fairly loudly - I personally found this grounding and peaceful. Overall, would recommend!

I had no expectations and no prior knowledge of the area before arriving at The Parlour Krabi, but from the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew I had found something special. This little hidden gem is nestled in an epic beachfront location, offering a serene and personal experience that immediately made me fall in love with the resort. What truly sets The Parlour Krabi apart is the exceptional hospitality. You quickly get to know everyone by name, and the hands-on owner, Gina, goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. She is not only an accomplished and successful businesswoman but also a true host who prides herself on delivering an unforgettable guest experience. Her warmth and attentiveness create an atmosphere that feels more like staying with friends than at a resort. One of the highlights was Gina’s culinary expertise. While traditional Thai cuisine is available, her Italian-forward menu was a delightful surprise. The pizza, crafted from her experience in Italy, was some of the best I’ve had outside of Europe. It was a refreshing change after days of indulging in Thai food, and every dish reflected her passion for cooking. Though the Ao Nang area is only a 20-minute drive away—offering a lively night market and city-like experiences—I quickly realized my favorite part of Krabi was right here at The Parlour. The peaceful beachfront setting, the good WiFi, the swimmable beach, and the nearby bars and restaurants all added to the charm. I loved it so much that I extended my stay at Gina’s other resort next door, simply because I couldn’t get enough of the area and her hospitality. I will definitely be back! If you're looking for a unique and personal escape in Krabi, this is the place to be.

    It was a great time - I was there for the Oceanman event so there were a lot of people around for the time and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was jellyfish season, so it was not the best time for swimming in the ocean. But it was still a beautiful area.

    This curved stretch of sand is what comes to mind when the word ‘beachcomber’ is mentioned. Its just a laid-back, sleepy almost uninhabited beach that has an amazing amount of sea shells scattered along the shoreline; especially when the tides change. It's only a few minutes walk if you are staying AT SEA condo. But the reason why most people visit the beach in the late afternoon is to experience the always awesome sunsets. From families to professional photographers with tripods and scene setups, this is where many of those iconic pictures of thailand beach culture originate from. The name klong muang translated means “purple canal” but I cant see any evidence here :)

    Good places to sleep and eat If you are looking for - the are a lot of attractions / day trips / boat trips. Very calm and different atmosphere from Ao Nang - so we liked it better. One main steer with restaurants, massages, travel agencies, etc. Less touristic and crowded than Ao Nang

    Lovely quiet beach. Lots of places to have a beach massage. If you can get up to Tub Kaek beach, you won’t be disappointed. Lots of places to eat and drink - we particularly enjoyed the Mexican next to the Varana hotel.

    A great quiet location with plenty to see and do and good access to tours to the many islands. There was plenty of good Thai restaurants on the beach, however, The Rimlay Restaurant was by far the best food with great service and great sun sets as well.

    Beautiful little gem of a beach.

    Beautiful little gem of a beach. The water was super clear and although it is rocky when the tide goes out when it comes in you can swim no problem and the water is divine. We swam everyday and had plenty of shade to sit and read. We left our stuff to go in the water and felt super safe. There were a handful of people walking past and some Thai families using it also. You felt like you had space and could enjoy the nature around you. Really beautiful view with a small island in the distance and the limestone cliffs and islands on the horizon. The sunsets are really wonderful and there were perfect massage shacks looking onto the water and friendy little street food restaurants selling cheap local foods and shakes opposite our hotel. Would certainly recommend this if you want a peaceful stay away from crowds. Great for individuals, couples and families. Felt really safe there.

    The hotel was modern, very well maintained and a great location. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Great beach and free sups, canoes and beach bats. Awesome beach club. Free climbing wall sessions for the kids and muai thai lessons. Very health and environment focused. Beautiful interior decor. Beach was stunning with exceptional sunsets. Brilliant Mexican Restaurant next door and walking distance to other restaurants and 7-11.

    The hotel was a little further away from Krabi, around 30mins. But closer to Ao Nang. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were also fine, i also managed to sleep without AC. There was a warning about bugs coming in the room in case there was food, i saw nothing (also had no food in bed:-)). The breakfast was tasty, i could also recommend the restaurant. Free kayaks and nice cocktails on the beach. Scooters to rent in a very good price!

    The hotel is very clean, smooth room cleaning service every day - various animals have been made from our towel in origami style e.g. :) Very friendly and helpful staff, the receptionist helped us every time when we needed it. The neighbourhood is calm, you van find authentic restaurants nearby. The sandy beach is also not far away. Air conditioning works without a problem. Top.

    The entire hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and to ensure our needs were met. All the amenities, including the restaurants were amazing. We cannot recommend staying at the Sofitel enough - the staff, the facilities and the location are amazing. We are so looking forward to coming back here!!
