Cozy and freshly renovated studio situated on the 22nd floor of Condominium Hotel Pacific Monarch, offering stunning Ocean and partial Diamond Head views. Recently upgraded, it features a queen-size bed, a whisper-quiet split AC, and a fantastic 55" 4K smart TV. You'll love the delightful rooftop pool area boasting mesmerizing ocean and city panoramas. Only 700 feet away from the Waikiki beach and just a block from Duke's Statue, it's the perfect spot for your stay! ***Important Note – Elevator Modernization at Pacific Monarch Starting July 14, 2025, Pacific Monarch will begin an elevator upgrade project (estimated to complete by July 2026). One elevator will be out of service at a time, with 2 elevators remaining in operation. * Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM * Expect longer wait times * Please allow extra time during check-in and check-out as these tend to be peak hours. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding and patience as the building undergoes this necessary upgrade to improve elevator performance and reliability in the long run.***
