The breakfast was simple, but everything was fresh and healthy. The rooms were very clean and common areas, too. Like the front porch with padded outdoor furniture outside. Too bad it was too cold to enjoy it. Only a one night stay unfortunately. The shower head was nice and warm which was great, and bed was big and comfortable.

We went off season and so a lot of things were closed which, of course, we knew before we went. We spent a lot of time walking on the beach and on the sand dunes in not such ideal weather. We wanted to see the dune shacks which we saw but the information was very misleading about how to get there. The road was washed out and it was quite a challenge - a 45 minute adventure took 3 hours. We met some locals who confirmed that this was a problem. The sign should have reflected that.

Stayed close to town so we could walk it was beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decorations. Not alot going on in town that time of year but it was nice being out walking around without all the crowds like in summer.

Provincetown is a really pretty place to visit.
Provincetown is a really pretty place to visit. Walk the beach, the wharf and downtown. There is something for everyone. The shops are nice with quite a variety of offerings. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. The drive to Provincetown is equally nice. Once you come up to Truro and see the dunes ahead of you it is amazing. A real ahhhhh moment. Go enjoy yourself.

I love going to Provincetown.
I love going to Provincetown. I've met people who have become good friends. It is a beautiful place. It has become nostalgic for me. It can be relaxing with a walkvon the beach and dinner out to a night on the town. It is more fun during lesbian theme events for me such as Women's Week, Splash, Memorial Day Weekend. I also enjoy Carnival and the parade. I want to go during the Portugese Festval. I would go all the holidays if I had the time.
It is a relaxed atmosphere. I as many enjoy walking along Commercial Street. I feel compelled to get coffee and typically a fresh hot masalada from the Portugese bakery as Chuck is standing over making the fried dough fresh. During the summer they'll be performances along the streets and in front of town hall. This in addition to the many singers, comedians, drag shows, dances that are available primarily at the Crown & Anchor and Post Office Cafe, and Red Room. The Boat Slip fills up in the afternoons towards the end of the week for the packed Tea Dance.
The WayDownTown has live performances with some awesome bands. There is always something. There are plenty of restaurants to get a fine meal and others with good pub like food.
If you just want to watch a beautiful sunset, you will get the best views. I thought I already saw whales in Boston until I went out whale watching out of Ptown, there were close to 20 whales on the trip.
They have great shops. I got nice pair of leather boots on sale from a store that went out of business. I got a red leather jacket discounted off season. They have several jewelry stores. I went in one looking for 'my ring' a perfectly cut large emerald set in gold. Someone must have bought it during the 2 for 1 sale.
Mass is a recreational marijuana state and PTown has multitude of shops.
I love PTown!

I love the diversity of P'Town and that's why I chose a second visit bringing my husband this time. I thoroughly enjoy people watching, and chatting with people. Our evening dinner was a Fanizzi's on the sea, and it hit the spot! We chose to do a whale watch tour, and had the most wonderful ride (nearly lulled me to sleep), and saw 13 humpback whales. I find the town enchanting and compact, and love the beautiful gardens that are well kept. If you enjoy walking, scooters, or bicycles, this will be a visit you need to make. See you next year!

The range of shops, the holiday vibe and great for people watching. Would imagine probably very busy in the summer, then stressful rather than relaxing. Loads of restaurants to choose from all types. Car Parking available but you have to pay.
Lotus Provincetown is a very nice guesthouse centrally located in the middle of Commercial Street with all bars, shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the atmosphere and small talks with the other guests. We had a small room with shared bathroom, but that was no problem at all. The balcony and backyard is cosy, and the guesthouse offer a sauna as well as an outdoor hot-tub that is open even at night. Coffee and tea is easily available. Booking was very efficient.
Lark Hotels should be ashamed of themselves. The room design takes minimalist to a whole new level. No table or desk, no chair, no nightstand, no clock, no phone. The bed platform takes up most of the room, making it impossible to get in and out of bed. The lighting is two basket lights against the wall, way too dark to read.
The only good thing was the staff, the management was delightful, helpful and understanding of our complaint with the room.
This hotel was the highlight of our trip to P Town and for those who have been there before know what it means, given that P Town has so so much to offer. From the fresh and new design, calm sandy tones, fire pits, breathtaking views, comfortable bed, amazing shower, delicious breakfast and coffee/water on tap all made for an unforgettable experience. Already planning to come back! (The pictures don’t do this place justice)
Great location and in my view the BEST location to be in Provincetown. Walk to all of Provincetown. Great views from the living room and upstairs patio. Great overall living space for a 4bedroom place in PTown. Perfect location to really feel apart of Provincetown. Great big dining room table, comfortable beds and furniture in house.
The property is a stunning home dating from 1840 filled with original features. it is located on commercial street, the beach front Main Street of Provincetown. Courtney is an exceptional host. she really really care about her guests. she is warm, welcoming, chatty and a fountain of local knowledge
The pool and grounds were very nice. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There are very clean and well-maintained common areas for groups. It is nice to have a hotel of this size with these amenities that is not a chain.
Very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Although we did not use them, the outside heated jacuzzi and pool were very tempting. Location of the hotel was great. Nice atmosphere inside.
The hotel has fabulous decor and is very clean. I also liked that the owners were sustainably minded and provided reusable bottles as a gift. It is also in a great relationship in relation to downtown Provincetown.
The hotel has a nice flair. In mid-November, it was just being decorated festive and provided a charming atmosphere. The people were very welcoming. The location in the middle of Provincetown is great.
We loved that the hotel was pet friendly and we could take long walks with our puppy on the beach. I loved complimentary coffee in the morning and the cleaning service was always on time.
Large room with 5-star hotel amenities. Very clean and the staff was greatly accommodating. Location is mid-Commercial Street shopping and night life yet room was dead quiet.
Great spot in Provincetown and peaceful, clean, super nice and relaxing pool area - the grounds were immaculate. The little shuttle to town was a bonus.
